The Ffort Villa comes with a unique lease back scheme. Your property will be leased back to us and we on your behalf would be maintaining your unit as well as renting it out on days you would not choose to stay. This exercise would not only help you to earn a handsome return on investment but also enjoy a cost-free and hassle free maintenance of your villa.

We would reserve 30 regular room nights for your stay every year in your villa, which can again be exchanged against a free stay at any of our existing hotel rooms at Raichak.
